Are kids invited?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception is an adult-only (18+) event with the exception of those in our bridal party. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

what is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We kindly request formal attire for the evening. Please no jeans. If you are planning to wear heels, there is a large lawn for outdoor games and a bonfire; all other areas are paved or cement flooring.

can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Trillium Woods. There will be transportation shuttling guests from the main venue area to the ceremony location. Please note this is optional if you would prefer to walk and explore the venue grounds.

what happens if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

We please request that you RSVP by the date listed on the invitation, which we have made digital as a convenience for our guests. Limited exceptions will be able to be made after this timeframe, as we need to provide our caterers with exact numbers by a certain date.

is transportation provided?

Answer

We are in the processing of arranging a shuttle to and from our venue, and will provide the information here once it is confirmed. There is parking available on-site if you prefer to drive.

will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is primarily outdoors. All spaces are covered, with the exception of the ceremony site. There is a fully indoor, climate-controlled lodge as well as tent sidings in case of rain. Majority of the spaces are paved or concrete flooring, with the exception of the lawn area which will have a late-night bonfire pit and outdoor games during cocktail hour.
