Adam and Laura’s adventure began in 2017 when they met at his brother Matt and his sister-in-law Ally’s wedding. Though Adam wasn’t living in Chicago at the time, the two kept in touch. When Adam moved to Chicago in 2018, they began spending more time together with friends, often gathering around Nebraska and Alabama football games. It wasn’t until the summer of 2020, when Laura moved to Lincoln Park just a few blocks from Adam, that everything started to fall into place. What began as casual get togethers quickly turned into bonfires, dinners, and nights out in Chicago. By February 2021, they knew it was time to make their relationship official. Since then, Adam and Laura have built a life filled with the things they love most like cooking together, traveling the world, going to concerts, and showing their competitive sides over episodes of Jeopardy. In 2022, they moved in together and created a home filled with warmth, love, and Laura's dog Lucy, who now proudly belongs to them both. They are beyond excited to celebrate their love in Laura’s hometown of Kalamazoo, surrounded by family and friends who have been such an important part of their journey. Cheers!
