What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please arrive no later than 4:30pm to allow time to find your seat.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no kiddos on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Can I take photos and video during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us. We promise to share our photographer's beautiful work once it's available. Photos and video are welcome during our reception!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal attire for the evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor (weather-depending), and our reception will be indoor.

Do you have any hotel accommodations?
Answer
A block of rooms are being held for our wedding guests at the Courtyard Hartford Cromwell. A custom link for our hotel block has been posted in the Travel section of this website. Please use this link when making your hotel reservations.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided to/from the Courtyard Hartford Cromwell. Details can be found in the Travel section of this website.

Will parking be available for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
There is a parking lot at the venue that guests are able to utilize. Space is limited therefore carpooling, using rideshare services, or the guest provided transportation to/from the Courtyard Hartford Cromwell is recommended.

Will an open bar be available?
Answer
Yes! Non-alcoholic options will also be available.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
