When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to our celebration no later than September 30th, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event, and we encourage elegant attire. Men may wear a tuxedo if you choose, but a black or dark colored suit with a tie is encouraged. Women can wear a full-length gown or an elegant evening dress. Come looking your best and ready to celebrate!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, children are not welcome at our event unless otherwise specified on the invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact our venue, The State Room, directly at (518) 432-7773 to make a special request for food selections regarding allergies. They are more than happy to accommodate!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, the hotels are across the street from our reception venue and the Church is located within 0.5 miles. It is recommended to Uber or carpool to our ceremony.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There is a parking garage across the street at the Hilton hotel. Our venue, The State Room, will be validating parking for this garage.

Is there a hotel block I can book with?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have a block of rooms reserved. Hotel details can be found on the travel section of the website.
