Local friends: There's a great campground just down the road from the lodge. If you're up for it, that's a great place to crash. See details below! Everyone: Silverton hotels don't really lend themselves to reserved "room blocks", so we've listed some of our favorites below for you. Anything you pick will be great! The town is only a few square blocks. For Saturday: The terrain makes parking limited, so you'll see signs as you approach to park in a big turnout area just before. The Lodge owners will come and get you in an off-road shuttle that runs until 10pm. It's only a ten minute walk if you miss the last one, so don’t worry! **Be sure to start the park and ride journey by around 2:30 to ensure you make it up by 3**

AIRPORTS

The closest two airports are Durango-La Plata County (DRO) and Montrose (MTJ). Both are about 1.5 hours from Silverton, with a drive through beautiful, winding mountain roads. There's also Grand Junction, CO Regional Airport (GJT) (2.5 hours away) and the big Albuquerque, NM airport. This one is 4.5 hours away from Silverton but tickets tend to be cheaper and the ride itself is easy. Long, straight stretches. Plus you get to stop in Durango along the way!

This is a GREAT option for those in the mood to camp. It's located right across from the pickup/dropoff spot for the shuttle to the venue (they bring everyone in on an ATV!) and is only a few minute walk if you decide to stay later than the shuttle runs.
