Drive yourself, get dropped off and picked up, Uber, Lyft, or take the shuttle bus! If you will be taking advantage of the bar, please ensure that you have a safe ride to and from the event! The venue is in a rural location, so Uber and Lyft may be a gamble. If you RSVP'ed for the shuttle. The buses will start loading up at 2:30pm and will be departing to the venue at 3:00pm sharp. We kindly request that you arrive at the pickup location no later than 2:50pm to ensure you do not miss the ride. Thank you for your punctuality! You can choose to drive yourself to the shuttle pick up or take a Uber/Lyft. It is $10 to pay to park onsite the hotel property, but there is free street/ garage parking in the surrounding area.
Marriott at Convention Center -Most ideal for people that want to ride the shuttle to the venue and people that want to go to the bars after the wedding. It is a short walk to downtown Visalia. This is also the closest option to the Weir’s house where the night before party will be at. There will also be a coupon code for this hotel . Darling Hotel -Also a close walk to downtown just a nicer hotel. This one is also close to the Weir’s house. Just another downtown option. Fairfield Selma Kingsburg -Closest to the venue but further from the Visalia events
Yes there are airbnbs. Most hold 10 or more people. If you want an airbnb and need help finding enough heads text me and I can start a chat with everyone interested in an airbnb.
Yes. Change of plans- we will be going downtown Visalia. Most likely to the Tavern. We will use the same bus used to get people to the Venue to get people to the after party location.
