After both attending Western Illinois University without ever running into each other, Cole and Jenna's paths crossed again in 2023 in the operating room. Cole, working as a medical sales rep, and Jenna, working as an operating room nurse, connected the dots on their leatherneck history on Cole's first day in the operating room. For the next year, the two worked together with the OR team repairing bones and replacing joints until Jenna moved to St. Louis. After a year spent away from Bloomington, Jenna came back to find an even stronger friendship with Cole. Just two people with a zest for life that truly enjoyed being around each other.
