What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving between 3:00-3:15pm to find your seat and get settled before we say "I do." Cocktail hour, dinner, and reception to follow!

What is the expected dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire- think dressy, fun, and ready to celebrate! Please skip the jeans, but feel free to bring out the cowboy boots!

How do I get to the venue? Will there be a shuttle ride home?

Answer

Guests are welcome to drive to the venue and may leave their vehicles on the property overnight. We kindly ask that all vehicles be picked up by 9:00 AM the following morning, with 11:00 AM being the latest possible pickup time. For those staying within a 20-minute radius, we will be providing a taxi service at the end of the evening so everyone can celebrate safely and enjoy the night worry-free.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes! If you wish to drive yourself to the venue there is a large on-site parking lot located behind the barn!

Can my children come?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration! We want you to have a well deserved night off while you celebrate with us!

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather cooperates, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. If not, don’t worry—Crescent Hill Acres is a climate-controlled venue with a cozy indoor backup plan. Please dress with the weather in mind!
