Dia Art Foundation opened Dia Beacon on the banks of the Hudson River in Beacon, New York, in a former Nabisco box printing factory in May 2003. The museum presents Dia’s collection of art from the 1960s to the present as well as special exhibitions and public programs.
There are SO many cool shops, stores, and galleries on Main St. Just a few that we recommend: Hudson Beach Glass, Little King, Hudson Valley Vinyl, Wild Crafted, Blackbird Attic... we could go on.
Head to Downtown Beacon for two days of music and fun at this second annual event, featuring more than 100 artists performing at more than 20 venues. Relax by one of the bonfires burning all along Main Street. Enjoy discounts on food and beverages, as well as services and retail items.
