What should I wear?

Answer

The theme of our wedding is based on the Netflix series, Bridgerton. Please come dressed in your best regency era clothing or semi-formal wear. Keep in mind that the reception is outside.

What do I need to bring if I plan to stay in the Lodge?

Answer

The Lodge sleeps 50 guest in twin size beds. Please bring linens for your bed and a pillow. Bring your favorite card or board game to share with the group!

What about the weather?

September can be tricky. The extended forecast predicts a temperature range of 57-74 degrees on September 20th.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Absolutely! Just let us know!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

The location we have chosen was built as a church camp many years ago. The owners have asked them we not bring alcohol on the property.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding is going to be quite colorful! Although the bridesmaids are wearing light pink, we plan to decorate with wildflowers and multicolor bouquets.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding starts at 4:30. I would suggest an arrival time close to 4. There is a short walk from the area to park to the chapel.

Do I really need to participate in the group dance?

Answer

PLEASE!!!!! It would mean so much to us! We are so excited about this!! You will need a partner, but don’t worry….. both partners will do the same part, so if you’re flying solo, you can make a new friend. The dance is super easy. There are a few 8-counts that repeat :).
