Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can finalize our wedding plans. The deadline to respond is November 1, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as unable to attend. Our caterer requires a final guest count, and after the RSVP deadline, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding and we hope to celebrate with you!
Our venue's address is 301 W 7th St, Sanford, FL 32771 or you can type "Historic Venue 1902" in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you will see signage directing you to valet or self-parking. The venue will have staff present on arrival to direct you where you need to go. The building is fully ADA compliant.
A shuttle service has been coordinated from The Westin Lake Mary for guests staying at the hotel. There is free on-site valet and self parking if you would like to drive yourself. If you do not have a designated sober driver, we recommend that you utilize a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft if you plan to partake in the open bar though!
Yes! We have reserved a room block at The Westin Lake Mary. Please book your stay by November 15, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. You can find the booking link on the "Travel" tab here on our website to confirm a reservation with our reduced rate. We have coordinated a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue for guests staying at The Westin. However, you can of course book anywhere you feel comfortable! There are also many short-term rentals within walking distance of the venue through AirBnb or VRBO to choose from.
We are so excited to dress up and celebrate with all of our favorite people. We kindly request that our guests adhere to an elevated cocktail attire for our wedding. For inspiration, we suggest suits or sport coats with dress pants for men, and elegant midi or floor-length dresses, sophisticated jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women. Please refrain from wearing jeans, athletic wear, flip-flops, or other overly casual attire.
Yes, by invitation only. We cannot accommodate any additional people, so please refer to your invitation as the name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and during the RSVP process here on the website.
Your attendance is the most special gift we could hope for! However, we know many people want to contribute to our next chapter by gifting and we are so appreciative of your generosity. We have a "Registry" tab here on the website.
The doors to the venue will open at 3:00 p.m. for our 4:00 p.m. ceremony. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to enjoy a welcome drink, sign our guest book, and find your seat.
Our ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors with plenty of seating and fun activities for the kids (and adults!). Reception will take place indoors.
You can use either Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). SFB is only 10 minutes away from the venue and is the more convenient airport for that reason. As a smaller airport, you will have shorter security times, but less options for airlines/flight times. MCO will have plenty of options, but is about 30 miles away from the venue with driving times varying significantly based on traffic.
January in Florida is usually a cool and dry month. Daytime temperatures are typically in the low 70s and nighttime temperatures are usually in the low 50s.
Absolutely! We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner and desserts.
We plan on having various dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free, and vegetarian food options available to accommodate our loved ones with dietary restrictions. All food will be clearly marked if allergy friendly, but always feel free to ask the catering staff to confirm. Please make sure to include any dietary restrictions in the designated section of your digital RSVP so we can ensure the caterer accommodates your needs accordingly. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
Of course! We will be offering a selection of beer, wine, and liquor, along with a variety of mixers, during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. We look forward to raising a glass and celebrating with you!
Our wedding will take place at Historic Venue 1902 in Sanford, Florida on Saturday, January 2, 2027. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m., followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap-up around 10:00 p.m. with a grand exit out front. After party to be determined.
