Should I confirm/reject my attendance now or wait for my formal invitation?

Answer

If you know for sure you will be attending or that you can't make it, feel free to use the RSVP function on the website to let us know! If you're not quite sure yet, take your time - we don't need to know our final numbers until 4 weeks before the wedding. We would rather you provide an accurate RSVP response than get your response early, as we have to have an accurate headcount for the dinner.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all your children, we hope that our wedding can be a time for you to have a night out as adults to celebrate with us! As such, we request that you only bring guests that are included on your invitation so we can have an accurate headcount.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were allotted a plus-one, it will be indicated in your invitation. Please refrain from bringing any guests that are not accounted for on our RSVP list, as we have to have an accurate headcount for seating and dinner.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please! We want to be as accommodating to food allergies and dietary restrictions as our venue allows, so please let us know as you RSVP if there are any requests and we will do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4pm - we recommend arriving closer to 3:30pm to ensure you can find a seat prior to start of ceremony. Also, if you're traveling in on Saturday, please account for potential traffic, as there are many local university sporting events happening that may cause an increase in traffic.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code for this event is formal. This means suits and ties for the men and long/floor-length dresses for the women. We want our wedding to be a time where we see how beautiful and stylish all of our loved ones are!

Will there be food and alcohol at this event?

Answer

Yes, we will provide hors d'oeuvres and a dinner for all attendees. We will also have a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy during cocktail hour and dinnner/reception.

Is there parking for the event?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are at the same venue. There is ample parking at the venue! Cars can be left overnight at the venue as long as they are claimed before 10am the next day per venue policy.
