Day Trips

Cataluña, CT, Spain

SITGES: A coastal town, just a short train ride from Barcelona. It's known for its beaches and historic old town. There's a great Paella restaurant called La Zorra that we highly recommend. SANT CUGAT: Easily accessible by train. It's renowned for its Monestir de Sant Cugat (Sant Cugat Monastery). It's a great place to stroll through the town's historic center, and get away from the Barcelona city center's hustle and bustle. GIRONA: A city with a rich history and a well-preserved medieval quarter, beautiful Cathedral and is a perfect day trip from Barcelona by train. MONTSERRAT: A unique mountain range featuring a Benedictine monastery and awe-inspiring natural scenery. TWO DAY TRIP GIRONA & COSTA BRAVA: For a more immersive experience, consider spending two to three days exploring Girona and the Costa Brava region. After exploring Girona, venture further along the Costa Brava coast to discover charming coastal towns like Tossa de Mar.
