The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting), while everything else will be held indoors.

Answer

This means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but can also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

No, there will not be transportation provided. Plenty of Ubers and Lyfts should be available and the venue is less than 10 minute ride from any of the hotel blocks.

Is it okay to spend most of the night on the dance floor?

Answer

Not only is it okay, it's encouraged.
