Casual attire and comfortable shoes - be ready to explore the boat and/or lounge by the pool

We are working on finalizing the room blocks so please let us know if you will be joining us and if you need a room block extension. We must know by August 7th for extensions. Thank you for your help on this. On embarkment day, pack a small backpack with any belongings you want to use before you can check into your room. Rooms are typically ready anytime between 1-6 pm. Royal Caribbean collects your suitcases as you check in at the port and delivers them to your cabin for you. We will hire transportation from the airport to the port. So if you choose to arrive the night before (or a few days), we will have an easy meeting point at the Newark airport where our group will be picked up and taken to the port.

Ceremony on CocoCay Island

10:30 am - 11:00 am

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.

The ship arrives at CocoCay Island at 8:00 am and guests can enjoy this island until 5:00 pm. Our ceremony will start on the beach around 10:30 am and will be about 30 minutes. RC will offer transportation to the ceremony site for our guests. We encourage everyone to enjoy this incredible island after the ceremony. Food is included and you can use your drink package at many of the bars including the super fun swim-up bar. We will have our reception on the boat later around 7:00 pm. The exact times will be posted as we get closer to the sailing date.
