How are we staying safe during the event?

According to the new Bridge Phase in the city of Chicago, if you are fully vaccinated masks and social distancing are completely optional both outdoors and indoors. Non-vaccinated guests are expected to wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking. Our wedding venue is requesting proof of vaccination for everyone who would like to be without a mask at the event, and we have reached out to all of our guests to collect this information if they would like to provide it. Regardless of vaccination status we are 100% supportive of mask wearing and social distancing for any guest who chooses to do so :)

Any hotel recs?

Answer

We want you to stay where you feel most comfortable! Take a look at the event locations and see what makes the most sense for you. That said, some of our out of town guests will be staying at the Hotel Lincoln, which is walking distance to Saturday's welcome dinner as well as Lincoln Park (zoo, gardens, and other attractions) . We have a room block for the weekend; you can book by May 7th to get the contracted rate.
