Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to our venue's limited capacity, and while we would love to say "the more the merrier", we unfortunately cannot include any additional guests. We have spent hours carefully crafting our guest list and have done our best to include all of our loved ones. We will only be able to accommodate the amount of seats specified on your invitation that have been saved in your honor. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There are about 100 parking spots in front of the venue, with an additional 298 spots on the property itself!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us....but the hangover is on you ;)

What is the address of the venue?
Answer
The Gala 417 is located at 2105 W Great Neck Rd. Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Both the ceremony and reception will be held here.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are many hotels and Airbnbs in this area as it is by the beach. Julian and I live around Virginia Beach Town Center where there are many hotels as well. This area is ~15 minutes from the venue! We are working on a hotel block!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The vibe will be fall cocktail attire. Our wedding colors range from sage green, various shades of blush and pink and neutral cream so feel free to align yourself with that color palette if you please. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates.

Is the venue outdoor or indoor?
Answer
The majority of the event will be indoor, however, there is an outdoor terrace! Should weather be warm enough (Virginia is so unpredictable haha), cocktail hour may be outside on the terrace. It will have space heaters though.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you and your party RSVP by October 29th. We just had a baby so don't make us stress more pls lol

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
It will be starting at 3pm. Cocktail hour and reception will follow and everything will end at 8:30!
Question
What kind of music should I expect at the reception?
Answer
We are hoping to create a fun and lively PARTY. With that in mind, there will be songs that contain profanity and considered explicit (words and topics). DON'T SAY WE DIDN'T WARN YOU ;)
