We're getting married!

Leslie and Josue met at Hunter College in October 2013 while working at the Career Development Center. Leslie was an Office Manager and Josue the department's IT Specialist. Casual lunches turned into late night dinners which led to a secretive love affair since coworkers couldn't date (lol) and the rest is history...

Late 2018 Josue had spoken to Leslie's father and planned on proposing to her in January (their dating anniversary month). Unfortunately, Leslie's father unexpectedly passed away and the proposal was put on hold. By summer Leslie was ready to embark in their regular outings and was looking forward to date night of the year at one of their favorite spots, Brooklyn Bridge Park. Little did she know, Josue had a whole day plan of activities that included a spa massage, boat ride, drinks, food, and a proposal over looking the Brooklyn Bridge and NYC skyline.

After dating for 8 years, Leslie and Josue are finally getting married! They chose Larkfield because they fell in love with their garden and most importantly, food (lol).
