Forest Park is a huge public park in the middle of St. Louis, around the corner from Boo Cat. Plenty of outdoor space to hang out, including the St. Louis Zoo and several museums. Fun fact - Jax and I took prom pictures here!
The Delmar Loop is a lively area with restaurants, bars, music venues, and shops, super close to Boo Cat. A great place to explore or grab a bite to eat!
This is an outdoor ice skating rink in Forest Park that we've been to so many times. Have fun skating, then grab some hot chocolate and relax by the fire pits!
If you're looking for a fun daytime activity and great view of St. Louis, you should head over to the St. Louis Arch and museums!
A newer addition to St Louis and full of fun things to do even outside of the Aquarium in the historical Union Station.
The Zoo is free for all! But in light of the current world, you must make time reservations in advance. They are open Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Once at the Zoo, you may stay as long as you wish.
A fun & free place for all ages, and one of Jax's favorite things growing up!
This restaurant is in the Delmar Loop. Jax and I have always loved going here for a root beer float and, depending on the day, you can even see the root beer bottling line in action!
This little hole in the wall, family-owned restaurant is located in the St. Louis Hill neighborhood and a favorite of Jax's. He loves their toasted ravs! Even if you don't make it to this place, you should check out The Hill, we love it!
