Please ask in your notes to have everything "BOAT PACKED" for north Captiva Island. They will know what that means. Your transportation providers will allow one stop included. Instacart is an app. You will use Publix #1007 at Coral shores. 3015 Pine Island Road SW. Cape Coral Florida Truly Debbie Winstead is a real gem! She can also just do all of your shopping and will drop off to you boat packed and ready to go at your selected ferry. I would highly recommend using her unless you are familiar with online grocery shopping and have time from arrival to ferry departure to swing by. I will say, Publix is awesome about having it ready to go.

How do I get to the island?

You take a ferry!! 1. Island girl charter or 2. North Captiva Island Ferry. Do allow enough time from landing at RSW to ferry departure time. Give yourself at least an hour from landing to ferry. If you are picking up your groceries from Publix, allow longer. The ferry doesn't wait on people who arrive late. Remember to reverse the process for leaving!! Pre schedule everything!!

I love Pine Island taxi company because they are reliable and have a large fleet. 239-283-7777 www.pineislandtaxi.com. 2. John's pro sedan. 239-747-9878. John is great too. I use him because he is a little bit less expensive and also reliable. 3. Uber and Lyft are also options. The issue is you need to pre-schedule your departure and sometimes there are issues with that process.

Please contact your homeowner if they have not contacted you to check into your details. Most of them have a packet that is sent out with details of the home, things to expect etc. Do this asap if you have not heard from them.
