Some love stories begin in the most unexpected ways, ours begin with an app that we both swore we would never use What started of as a match on Tinder quickly turned into something neither of us saw coming (despite me calling Giovanni short on our first date). Between conversations that flowed naturally, hours of watching Supernatural and a bunch of Chinese food dates, it didn't take long to realize this was different. From our first date (that if course Leslie was late to) to all the moments in between, we built something grounded in love, friendship and a whole lot of personality. Coming from two different cultures - Puerto Rican and Italian - our story is filled with passion, family, food and traditions that mean everything to us. In 2024, during a trip to Puerto Rico, we somehow managed to come back with a cat. Because obviously, that's what you do. Giovanni brought the amore, Leslie brought the sazon....and together, we created a story that feels like home. Through every step, every challenge and every milestone, we continued to choose each other - and that's what led us here. Now, we can't wait to say "I do" surrounded by the people we love most, during our favorite time of the year (Hopefully Leslie doesn't make Christina watch Home Alone during this). A little Christmas magic, a-lot of love, and the beginning of forever. This is just the start of our greatest adventure.
