We are finishing what we started long ago! Well if you know Evandall, he isn't shy about what he wants (lol). I relocated to our hometown and Evandall hit me up in the DM (direct message) to let me know he was coming by to say hello... I thought he just wanted Sunday dinner, but he was after my heart and he got it! Long conversations and courting lead us to .. "Let's make it Last"! -Leslie

October 2018 on a Tuesday night, under the lights, I was coaching a youth football game, Lee Park Eagles, against our rivalry, Levy Park Titans. This was a great game from start to finish! In the 4th quarter with less than a minute and half to play, my team has the ball on offense. We reached the red zone off a 35 yard bubble screen pass to put us in scoring position. Under a minute left, we scored off a misdirection play to our running back which we were now down by one point! I called a timeout to discuss with my coaches if we should tie the game or go for the win. As the referees blow their whistles to start the game, we collectively decided to attempt a winning field goal worth 2 points instead of a 1 point conversion play. So, we line up, snap the ball and kick it. The referees wave no good, the ball was kicked too low, ball game! At this moment, I was crushed and I immediately started to walk to the end zone. Now, I'm currently in a very delicate, so fragile and truly tender state of mind which I had my head down walking about to cry. Then, I looked up and directly 20 yards in front of me with open arms was Leslie. Stunned and amazed at how I completely forgot that I invited her to the game, I was over joyed to find her embrace to be such refuge! Leslie held me with such comfort and care, then to whisper in my ear, "Its ok, you did a great job!" In this very moment I thought to myself, she is definitely the one for me. Since then, I have consistently pursued Leslie as my wife-to-be. -Evandall

WOW, reflecting on the entire week before, months before, I thought my guy was losing his whole mind! Withdrawn and nervous my pooh bear was planning to pop the question(to my surprise). At my very lavish, surprise, luau in the middle of the work week. Evandall pulled off one of the greatest days of our lives. As our family and friends sang happy birthday , timing his kneel just right .. He asked me to be his wife after I made my birthday wish (I can tell you now, I wished for our forever).
