David and I both had active profiles on the Facebook dating platform, each searching for someone special. I had given up on Facebook dating and decided to delete the profile when I came across David’s message. Curiosity drove me to read what he had to say. Upon exploring into his bio, I discovered a kindred spirit. We shared so much: our past experiences, the values we held dear, and a deep-rooted commitment to raising our children in a nurturing environment filled with love, guidance and above all else the lord. After talking for a few weeks and hitting it off, we arranged to meet in person at Trinity Church. This was my way of testing the waters, to see if he truly was the God-fearing man I had prayed for. Our first date was nothing short of divine. We connected on a level that transcended our expectations, finding ourselves lost in conversation as we shared our dreams and aspirations. Our common ground grew stronger as we discussed our hopes for our children – to give them the kind of upbringing we always longed for. It seemed as if God had meticulously woven the threads of our lives together, setting us on a destined path. When our children finally met, it was as if they had known each other forever. They hit it off immediately, playing and laughing as if they had been siblings all along. This harmony was a testament to the foundation we had built on our shared values and beliefs. Now, four beautiful years have passed since that first fateful encounter. We've journeyed through life's highs and lows, supporting and loving each other through every challenge and triumph. Together, we have become the modern-day Brady Bunch, a blended family united by fate and bound by love. Through our union, joy and laughter have been restored to our lives, and we cherish each moment, creating a collage of wonderful memories that will warm our hearts for a lifetime. Despite the occasional storm we weathered, we never looked back, knowing that we have been brought together for a reason. Our love story is a testament to the power of faith, hope, love and the perfect timing of a loving God who had a plan for us all along.
