Yes, our wedding is kid-friendly!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors on the grass, while the cocktail hour will be out on the open patio. The reception will be inside the barn. If it looks like it's going to rain the day-of, we'll move the ceremony and cocktail indoors. The venue is very large, and has plenty of space to accommodate us either way.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Yes, and venue staff will help guide you to your parking spot.

What's the nearest airport to fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Greensboro (29 minute car ride to the venue), but you may also fly into Charlotte (1 hour 20 minute car ride to the venue).

The dress code for our wedding is formal. The rest of the weekend is casual.

What's the best way to get around town?

Answer

The wedding is on a rural farm in Sophia, NC. There are Ubers and Lyfts available, but for those from NYC, they might take longer than you're used to. We'd recommend to allow up to 30 minutes for them to arrive. Most people there will have a car, so don't be shy about carpooling! We can help organize a thread for those wanting to carpool, as needed.
