What is the attire?

Answer

Summer Formal. Since our wedding is the first night of summer, we'd love to see your favorite colorful dresses & ties! Attire should be formal, but feel free to opt for lighter fabric and brighter colors. For women: floor length gowns or tasteful cocktail dresses. For men: suit & tie.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony: Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside on the lawn (plan shoes accordingly.) If weather does not cooperate, the ceremony will be held inside in OceanCliff's Ballroom. Cocktail Hour: Regardless of the weather, cocktail hour will take place outside in a covered tent on OceanCliff's upper deck. Reception: Regardless of the weather, dinner & dancing will take place inside in OceanCliff's Ballroom.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding (from both downtown Newport and Middletown, RI). Please see the "Travel" tab for details.

Is there parking at each of the events?

Answer

Welcome Drinks at The Reef: While there are quite a few parking spots, parking can be limited! Street parking is also available in downtown Newport. Wedding Events at OceanCliff: Ample parking is available onsite.

Are Ubers/Lyfts Available in Newport?

Answer

Ubers and Lyfts are readily available throughout Newport & Middletown, RI.

What is the RSVP date?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st. If we do not receive your RSVP by May 1st, it will automatically be marked as "No". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

Slow Braised Boneless Short Ribs: fresh herbs, caramelized pearl onions, crisp bacon, bordelaise sauce Grilled North Atlantic Salmon: charred tomato compote, bok choy slaw, ginger soy vinaigrette Roasted Vegetable Ravioli (vegan): chimichurri sauce, roasted corn, tomato salad Please note any allergies in your RSVP response, thank you!

This will be an adults only celebration. Please leave the kids at home and enjoy your date night!
