Eating at airports: set aside $30(CAD) for the Westjet lounge in Vancouver - unlimited food and drinks before the 61/2 hour flight to Kona Hotel: Each person's budget is different so include it Food and drinks: we have kitchenettes so you can buy some food if you like- you will likely be eating out for suppers a fair bit but it's up to you (Mike and I will cover Tuesday night supper and a drink - extra drinks after that are all yours). Tour: we are looking into a small island tour which may include things like black sands beach, Place of Refuge, the volcano park (if it's up and running), winery and coffee farm or more. We're looking at a private bus which would be around $100-$125 CAD per person for 7-8 hour tour. There are other tours with snorkeling etc all of these are different price points depending on what you want to do.
