Kaleb and Lesley started off chatting online until Lesley plucked up the courage to ask him out on a date. Their first date started as dinner but continued to an Irish pub when they decided they didn't want to cut their conversations short. When their consecutive dates involved chatting endlessly until 2am, they realized they likely had a lifetime of conversations left in store.

Lesley's 30th birthday may have seemed doomed for quarantine gloom, but when she arrived home from work on the eve of the big day, she discovered a giant blanket fort constructed in the living room and You've Got Mail waiting for her on the television. After finishing the movie, an amazing meal from her favorite Pakistani/Indian restaurant, and a bottle of champagne, Kaleb pulled out the ring he'd been hiding, making sure the last day of her 20s was a memorable one.
