When should I RSVP by?

June 5th. We hope that you can make it-- and perhaps make the most of a 4-day weekend in beautiful Colorado.

Adults only, please.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Travel" tab for more information. Unfortunately there are not enough seats for everyone on the way TO the wedding, so some people will need to drive there. However, there are plenty of seats on the way home to make sure that everyone gets home safely.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" tab if you would like to stay in our Room Block. This will be the only pick up & drop off point for the shuttle buses. If you decide to stay at a different location, please make a plan to get there safely on narrow, winding mountain roads at night.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our only registry is housed here on this website. Please note that we do not live in Colorado, so please refrain from bringing items to the wedding. We will be flying back to Cincinnati after the ceremony, so we would hate for anything to get broken in transit! Plus Sam's dress takes up its own whole suitcase...

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:30 pm. There will be 42 seats available in shuttles leaving from the hotel at 4:00 sharp. There are many more seats available on the way home from the venue, so there is no reason to drink and drive! If you leave your car at the venue, please be sure to pick it up by noon the following day to get out of the way for the next couple's wedding.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There is an open invitation to join us for drinks on the night before the wedding. On the day after the wedding, there will be an open invitation to meet for brunch. Details still to come!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please note it in your RSVP & be sure to RSVP by June 5th so that reasonable accommodations can be made. The meal will be served buffet-style, so you will be able to pick and choose which sides and entrees to take. There will be a vegetarian entrée option and multiple sides & salads, so there is no need to submit a special request if this will suffice.
