Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 01, 2025 using the RSVP tab at the top of the page. Remember to RSVP to each event! After this date, our final guest list will be submitted, and we will no longer be able to accommodate any changes. No exceptions.

Question

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given. Thank you for understanding.

Question

When should I book my room by?

Answer

Discounted room rates are only guaranteed until March 20, 2025. ROOM DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 29, 2025.

Question

Can I stay at a hotel other than the preferred Nobu Hotel?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to stay at the preferred Nobu Hotel to ensure a seamless experience for everyone and to accommodate the requirements for our wedding events. Please note that only guests booked through our personalized link for Nobu Hotel will be considered for the final wedding guest count. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I just stay for 2 nights?

Answer

While most destination wedding guests stay 3-5 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. We advise all guests arrive at 5:00 pm to be seated by 5:15 pm. The ceremony will be located at the Umi Terrace at Hotel Nobu.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our Welcome Party, we’d love to see all of our guests in all-white cocktail attire (no jeans or patterns, please!). It’s a fun and festive way to kick off the weekend, so come dressed in your best white cocktail outfits and get ready to celebrate! For our Wedding Day, the dress code is Black Tie Only. We invite you to come dressed in your finest black attire to mark this special occasion. It's a formal affair as we celebrate love, commitment and the start of our forever. (No patterns, please) If you have any questions or need further guidance on what to wear, feel free to reach out.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Regrettably, this weekend is best suited for guests 18 and older. As much as we would love to have everyone join in the celebration, we are unable to accommodate children at the Welcome Party and Reception. The only children attending will be those participating in the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that you leave your phone in your room or place it in a secure basket at the ceremony entrance. This helps us create a more intimate experience and allows our professional photographer to capture the best moments without distractions. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Though we would love to share our special day with everyone, we have limited capacity with our venue. You are able to view all guests attached to your invitation via the RSVP link.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we suggest applying early. If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person. More details can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

Question

What's the weather like?

Answer

August in Cabo is typically hot and sunny, with temperatures ranging from the low 80s to mid-90s°F (27-35°C). It’s a tropical climate, so while you can expect plenty of sunshine, there’s also a chance of occasional rain showers, especially in the evenings. Humidity can be higher during this time, so we recommend dressing in lightweight, breathable fabrics to stay comfortable. Don’t forget to pack sunscreen, sunglasses and stay hydrated as you soak in the beautiful beachside views!

Question

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our celebration is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you wish to contribute to our honeymoon adventure, we have set up a honeymoon fund. Your generosity will help us create unforgettable memories as we start this new chapter together. For more information about the honeymoon fund, Please see the "Honeymoon Fund" page for more details. We’ll have a QR code available at the wedding. We’ll also have a card box where you’re welcome to leave a note or card to share your well wishes. Thank you so much for your love and generosity—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
