Question

When should we RSVP?

Answer

Guests should plan to RSVP no later than July 19th, 2026 so we may make proper accommodations.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Parking is only available for guests staying at Cabins on property. Each cabin is designated 1 parking space at your assigned cabin. If you are not staying on site at a cabin, then you must use the shuttle to and from the wedding as there is no additional parking available for guests.

Question

Will transportation to the ceremony be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from Santa Cruz Marriott. Please visit our travel page to learn more about the shuttle schedule.

Can we use rideshare services to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Waterfall Lodge is located in the Santa Cruz mountains and often hard to navigate for ride share services. The venue has strongly discouraged any ride share services due to canceled rides and lost drivers.

Should we rent a car?

Answer

If you’d like more freedom to explore Northern California during your stay, we recommend renting a car at the airport. While we’ll have shuttles available, a rental car will give you the flexibility to sightsee and move around on your own schedule. Rental info is on our travel section.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriot in Santa Cruz. The link to book can be found under the "Travel" page.

We are staying at a cabin. When can we check in?

Answer

Guests staying at cabins on site at Waterfall Lodge may check in at 1:00pm on September 19th.

What will the weather be like at the Wedding?

Answer

September in Ben Lomond is beautiful, but can be on either the warmer or chillier side. As all of our events are taking place outdoors, we do suggest guests have a light jacket for later in the evening just in case!

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

We are asking guests to dress up in cocktail formal style attire! However, do keep in mind that the event is outdoors, so ladies, we recommend chunky or block heels!

How do I get to Waterfall Lodge if I'm staying in a cabin?

Answer

Only guests staying at Waterfall Lodge should be driving to the venue. Important: Be sure to use the following address for your GoogleMaps or other navigation tool. 180 Hidden Falls Trail, Ben Lomond, CA 95006 Take Hwy 9 to Ben Lomond. Turn onto Alba Road. Be careful to turn onto Alba Rd. and NOT to turn onto Hubbard Gulch (the entrance to both roads are right next to each other. Hubbard Gulch will not get you to the venue.) 1.3 miles up Alba Road, you will see a sign when you arrive that says “Enter next Left”. Take that next left. You will then see two signs, “Sequoia Retreat Center” and “Welcome”. Follow those signs to the left and continue down the past the Sequoia buildings until you arrive at the "Guest Hub". A Waterfall staff member will meet you there to check in you and provide you with a map of the venue.
