Question
What if it rains?
Answer
We strongly encourage you to bring an umbrella and something to keep you warm. Our cocktail hour and reception are both safe from any weather concerns, however our ceremony is not. We may get married in the rain and we are ready to embrace that, so please come as prepared as possible! We will be making day-of decisions should any weather concerns persist.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is *February 18th. If you do not RSVP by this date, your presence at our wedding will be missed and we will mark you as "unable to attend". Due to the needs of both our venue and our wedding vendors, we will not be able to make any exceptions to this RSVP deadline.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire Females: Dresses (cocktail, midi, floor-length), pantsuits, or dressy separates. Males: Tailored suit, dress shirt, and (optional) tie. **We ask that our guests do not wear any black to our Wedding. We invite you to join the Wedding's color palette pictured above.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?
Answer
We kindly ask that you do not wear any black and that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, & creams.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. We are hoping for warmer weather, but it can get a bit chilly so please bring something to keep you warm. The reception will take place in a covered temperature controlled open-air structure.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! We have vallet parking should you drive yourself to our venue. We will also have a bus that will shuttle guests coming from the Fairfield by Marriott San Marcos hotel before and after the wedding.

Will there be any events during the weekend other than the Wedding Day?
Answer
We will be hosting a "Welcome Event" on Saturday night, 03/30, at Ciao Ristorante Italiano from 6PM-9PM. This event is open to anyone who is in town for our wedding. We will have food, beer, and wine!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Although we adore your children, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named and will primarily be immediate family. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
When you RSVP to our wedding on our website, you will see the option to RSVP for additional guests under your name if you have been given a plus one. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Will there be accommodations for dietary restrictions?
Answer
We did our best to form a menu that would accommodate the majority of our guests. Both of our main dishes will be gluten and dairy free. If you do not eat chicken or beef, a separate vegetarian plate will be made for you. This plate is vegetarian and dairy free.
