We first met on May 3rd, 2017. I was still in school, and Jancy had come to visit her cousin—my classmate. She stood there with a quiet grace, kind and beautiful in a way that stayed with me. We spoke briefly, and even in that small moment, something clicked. But life had its own plans. Over the years, we stayed in touch here and there—never close, but never forgotten. In 2021, we ended up working at the same place. Seeing her again brought back all those old feelings. I used to joke with my coworkers, “That’s my future wife.” I wasn’t entirely kidding. She moved on to new things, and again, we lost touch. Then in May 2022, I left a simple comment on her birthday post. She replied. And that small moment sparked something new. We began talking again. She invited me to her graduation party, and from that day on, everything started to change. One dinner. One conversation. And slowly, we fell in love. Now, after all these years, I get to marry the woman who once felt like a distant hope—and today, is my forever. We’re so excited to celebrate our love with you.
