Question

When do the shuttles depart the hotels?

Answer

Shuttles to the ceremony/reception will leave the Hampton Inn and Springhill at 5:00pm. The shuttles will depart the Hilton in Haymarket at 5:15pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from all three hotels to the venue and will drop guests back off after the reception concludes. If you wish to drive your own vehicle, there will be parking available at Blue Valley Winery. Any local guest is also welcome to board the shuttles as well if they prefer not to drive all the way out to the venue. Just meet out front of one of the three hotels and catch a ride!

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

It is cocktail attire! The ceremony will be outside on grass, then guests will move to a separate patio space for cocktail hour before moving inside for the reception!

Is there a Sunday brunch?

Answer

Unfortunately because of the amount of RSVPs we have received, Sunday brunch at the Springhill is cancelled. But fear not, each hotel will still offer a complimentary continental breakfast so be sure to grab something before you head out. We appreciate all that have traveled near and far for our big day!

Is the wedding open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar stocked with Blue Valley wines and an assortment of beer/seltzers as well as your choice of liquor.
