Are children invited?

While we do love your little ones, we respectfully request a child free night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card

Is the Venue Indoor or outdoor?

Answer

While the ceremony will be indoors at St. Peter Church, Heritage Prairie has both outdoor and indoor options. Cocktail hour & cigar bar will be outdoors, and the reception will be held in a heated five-peak century tent.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our unplugged wedding ceremony

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, we kindly ask whoever is staying at the hotel to drive there and park your car. A shuttle will be there to take you to Heritage Prairie. After the reception, the shuttle service will take you to the hotel. The times for pickup during the night are 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30

Is there parking at Heritage Prairie?

Answer

Yes! There is parking on the farm for whoever is driving! You can leave your car overnight, but it must be picked up by 8:00 a.m. the next morning.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony at Heritage Prairie, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar.
