NYC may be freezing in the winter, but sometimes February will shock you with nice weather. Take some time and walk the Highline to Hudson Yards. Hudson Yards offers some cool (expensive, but cool) stores. AND! Our favorite NYC Tapas spot - The Spanish Diner. You won't be left disappointed.
