Tea ceremony is a deeply symbolic tradition where the bride and groom serve tea to their elders as a sign of respect and gratitude. It represents the formal introduction of the couple to each other’s families and the acceptance of the marriage. In return, elders typically offer blessings and gifts, often in the form of red envelopes or jewelry. Family is mandatory to this event. Friends are welcome to join near the conclusion of the tea ceremony!
