Question

COVID-19 Requirements and Updates

Answer

Please check here regularly as COVID-19 requirements remain fluid. Beginning Monday, March 7th: Key to NYC rules will be suspended. Indoor venues, including restaurants, fitness facilities, and entertainment spaces will no longer be required to check for proof of vaccination before customers enter. Businesses previously covered by Key to NYC rules will still have the flexibility to require proof of vaccination or masking indoors if they choose. https://www1.nyc.gov/office-of-the-mayor/news/108-22/as-covid-cases-plummet-vaccination-rates-reach-new-heights-mayor-adams-next-phase-of#/0

Question

Answer

We have set up a cash fund in lieu of gifts. Additionally, we ask that you donate to Leo's late mother's, foundation, Love Our Children, Inc. via GoFundMe: https://www.gofundme.com/f/love-our-children-empowerment-center?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet We are appreciative of both, one, or none! We love yall!

Question

What COVID precautions should I plan for?

Answer

We ask that any guest please make every effort to keep themselves and our other guests safe by following CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. This includes following recommended quarantine guidelines prior to attending a group gathering. If you are unable to quarantine or are flying or traveling, we recommend that you obtain a rapid COVID test 1–3 days prior to the celebration to ensure you are negative for the virus. Thank you for taking these additional steps to protect the health of our loved ones, we know it comes at an additional inconvenience and we are deeply grateful.

Question

Who should get tested for COVID before attending?

Answer

The CDC recommends that any air passenger, whether flying domestic or internationally, get a COVID test 1-3 days before travel to be sure that they are negative. We are additionally requesting that any guests traveling by car from outside the area as well as guests not yet fully vaccinated due to a medical exemption and unable to quarantine please obtain a negative COVID test prior to attending.

Question

Is there a masking policy?

Answer

Masks are not required, but please bring and wear one at your own discretion.
