FAQs

Question

When should I arrive and depart?

Answer

You can choose your travel dates when booking through our Paradise Weddings site, but we recommend arriving by Thursday, December 3rd and staying through Monday, December 7th to enjoy the full weekend with us. Just a heads up—there’s a 3-night minimum stay with our room block!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

All wedding events will take place at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa. We’ve reserved a room block through Paradise Weddings to make booking easy and cost-effective. Booking through our travel site helps us stay organized and ensures you're where all the action is!

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Make sure your passport is valid and not expiring within 6 months of the trip. Start the countdown now!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is formal, but garden-friendly—we’re getting dressed up, but keeping comfort in mind since we’ll be outdoors in Tulum. Early December weather is usually warm during the day (low to mid-80s) and cooler in the evenings (around 70°F). We recommend light, breathable fabrics so you can stay comfortable from "I do" through dancing. Here’s a good starting point: Ladies: Long or midi dresses, nice jumpsuits, or cocktail attire Guys: Suits or dress pants with a button-down—ties optional, but feel free to dress it up! Tip: The ceremony will be on grass and stone walkways, so skip the stilettos and go for block heels, wedges, or flats that can handle the terrain (and the dance floor!).
