Ceremony Shuttle

As taxi/Uber services are limited in Leavenworth, we have arranged a group shuttle to transport guests from downtown Leavenworth to/from the venue at Pine River Ranch. Shuttle pickup will be from the Icicle Village Resort at 2:30pm prior to the ceremony. There will be one return trip back to Icicle Village Resort, departing the venue at 10pm. If you plan on an earlier departure in the evening, please make alternative arrangements home. If you wish to book your own small-group shuttle, please see the "Transportation" page on the website for recommended vendors. There is ample free parking on-site for those wishing to drive themselves. Please RSVP to reserve your spot on the shuttle by April 1, 2025

Semi-Formal/Seattle-Fancy: suits and cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, canadian tuxedoes, etc. (please no camo, cargo pants, or MAGA hats). Also note: the ceremony will be held in a grassy outdoor area (dinner/dancing inside), so choose your heels wisely!
Guests are welcome to arrive to the venue at/after 3pm. Shuttles will be dropping off at 3:00pm & the ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm Note: The venue has a strict no-smoking policy. PLEASE adhere to this...forest fires are not cool. Also note: The venue also has a policy against consumption of hard alcohol on site...if you happen to bring a flask, please be discreet :)
