5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal: Suits, Dark Jacket & Slacks, Floor Length or Cocktail Dresses

Please arrive at 5 p.m., the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Cocktails & hors d'oeuvres will be served at 6:00 p.m. Dinner, drinks, and dancing will take place in the ballroom from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Transportation will be provided to and from the recommended hotels. There will be valet parking as well.
