The Munich Airport is 3 hr drive from the venue but the biggest airport to fly in to. It will likely have the best flight options from the United States.
Rental Car
Hertz, Enterprise, Sixt, etc.
You will likely need a rental car to get from the airport to the venue. You need an international drivers license to rent a car and drive in Austria in addition to the US drivers license. An international drivers license can easily be requested through AAA for 20$. Certain roads in Austria require a "Vignette" which can be purchased at almost every gas station. You should purchase the 10 day one which currently costs 9.40€.
