Please RSVP by no later than Friday, September 12th. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus-one, they will appear when you RSVP.
While we love your little ones, we are keeping our celebration an intimate one. We kindly ask that only the children of family members join us on this special day. Thank you for understanding and helping us create the day we’ve envisioned!
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, so plan to arrive no later than 4 PM.
Yes! There is plenty of parking available in both the lots in front of BVI and behind the Silos near The Grand Hotel. If you plan on enjoying the bar, please make alternate transportation plans or utilize the shuttle running to and from The Residence Inn Manchester Downtown.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors in the gardens, cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, and the reception will be indoors in the Great Hall.
Late October in Bedford brings cool and crisp autumn weather, with average high temperatures are around 56°F. While the ceremony outdoors will be brief, we recommend that ladies bring a sweater and men wear their suit jackets or coats.
Our wedding will be a formal affair, and we’d love to see our guests dressed to impress! For women, this means floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or chic midi dresses. For men, a dark suit or tuxedo is perfect. Think sophisticated and polished, with room to show off your personal style. Please keep the season in mind—late October in New England can be chilly, so consider layering with a wrap, shawl, or tailored coat. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you, looking your absolute best!
