What time should I arrive?

We invite guests to arrive at the venue by 3:30pm to ensure smooth transportation from the tasting room to the ceremony site. Feel free to enjoy the winery's tasting room before the wedding if you'd like to arrive early. Guests who are taking the bus from Downtown Charlottesville should meet at the Home2 Suites by 2:45pm for pickup. See the travel and transportation page for additional details.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request that guests dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. Gentlemen should opt for suits or blazers, while ladies are encouraged to wear knee-length, midi, or full-length dresses or elegant separates. Please avoid jeans and white dresses. Since our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), we recommend selecting comfortable footwear and considering layering options appropriate for the setting. Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will be provided via shuttle between our venue and downtown Charlottesville hotels. For specific details and schedules, please visit our travel page. Please note that rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are not available at our venue location. If you are not utilizing our provided shuttle or staying in downtown, please arrange alternative transportation in advance.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, our venue offers ample on-site parking for all guests. You may leave your vehicle at the venue overnight and will need to retrieve it by 10AM the next morning.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding be a mostly adults-only celebration. While a few close family members’ children will be attending, we’re keeping the guest list limited and will not be able to accommodate additional kids. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us — thank you for understanding!
