We know Broadway is the most well known area of Nashville and it is definitely worth seeing, but sometimes it can be overcrowded. Here is a list of some other popular neighborhoods in Nashville. These areas are what made us fall in love with Nashville. They are filled with famous restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, murals, locally owned shops, and bakeries. Some of our favorites are The Gulch, Germantown, 12 South, East Nashville, Midtown, and West End. They all have their own vibe and special activities to enjoy. Below are some recommendations on things to do around Nashville.

Hattie B's Hot Chicken - West Nashville, TN

Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is our favorite go to place for a quick meal! You have to try it while you’re in town. There are multiple locations around the city.

If you are looking to get lunch on Broadway, try some BBQ at Rippy’s. We love that they have live music on all 3 of their floors so you are sure to find some music you love!

Shopping and food in the heart of downtown. This area opened in 2021 so it is fairly new!

Delicious donut shop with multiple locations in Nashville! Vegan, Paleo, and Gluten free options too!

Wine, cheese, and charcuterie focused restaurant. The cheese even comes around on a fun conveyor belt! Located in the LL Market near Sylvan Park Neighborhood.

The Bluebird Cafe

Famous for being on the TV Show “Nashville” this small cafe is a venue for up and coming artists as well as famous musicians. They have shows 2 times a night 7 days a week. If you are in town for a bit you should consider buying tickets to a show! (Would recommend buying tickets ahead of time)

Vineyard located about 30 minutes south of Nashville. A fun place to visit if you are in the area for a bit!
