Half Moon Bay is home to one of the most popular pumpkin festivals in the Bay Area! Be sure to a lot at least 60 additional minutes for traffic and pumpkin goers. There are multiple places to relax at the venue if you are early, including: the hotel dining room/bar, the reception area, and at the ceremony site.
We love your kids! However, they are not invited to the ceremony or reception.
When you go to RSVP, it will specify you and a guest. If you do not see this option, you do not have a plus one allotted to your invite. *This includes animals as well.
Encouraged dress code: cocktail or evening wear attire. Something you can be comfortable in all day - and all night! If possible, please avoid the bridal party colors: white, dark navy & sage.
The ceremony will be outside on the lawn and the reception will be indoors, with the option to go outside as wanted. You may want to bring a shawl or a jacket if it is windy in the evening. Please check the weather the day of. *In the event of rain, we do have an alternate indoor option. This will be announced at the venue upon arrival.
We will be having a buffet style dinner. There should be something for everyone! However, if you are gluten free or vegan, please specify this when you RSVP. In addition, for your safety, please call out any allergies.

Yes! There is a parking lot behind the Hotel. Drive past the Oceano entrance, and past the Half Moon Bay Brewing Co. You'll see "Oceano Parking" opposite of the ocean. Turn into the driveway and you'll be at the parking lot.
When entering the lobby: ask the front desk to direct you to the site, as it is down some hallways. When entering from the back parking lot: you will see a set of stairs and a ramp, running to a white gate. Enter the white gate to the ceremony site.
