What are the cancelation policies if needed for my hotel room?

Answer

Reach out to our travel agent, Megan, and she will walk you through this information. Depending on the circumstances, timing, and dates of needing to cancel will determine what you will be eligible for financially. Megan can walk you through your options during your booking to ensure you understand all options.

What dates are most wedding guests planning on being at the hotel?

Answer

From our conversations, most guests have shared they will be checking in on Thursday, December 12th, and departing on Tuesday, December 17th. Our room block is open as early as Wednesday, December 11th, and ends as late as Thursday, December 19th. Please work with our travel agent for the dates that best fit your schedule. We are so excited to have you join us in Mexico!

I won't be able to make it to the welcome reception. Will there be anything else going on prior to the ceremony?

Can I RSVP for Spa or Golf then later decide to cancel?

Answer

Yes! This is just to give us a rough count so we can hold a spot prior to arriving. Please note that Spa and Golf will be an additional cost. Check back on this site as we will include pricing closer to the event.
