Where to stay?

Answer

There are no hotels in Scandia itself, we recommend looking in Stillwater or Forest Lake, MN to be within ~20 min drive of the venue. See the Travel tab for the hotel block we have.

Will there be vegetarian and gluten free options at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, however we request that you specify in your RSVP if you will need one of these options.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, of course! Our girl, Isla, will be there as well!

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle picking up from the Water Street Inn in downtown Stillwater at 2 pm and 2:50 pm to drop off at the venue. At the end of the night shuttles will be leaving from the venue at 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm, and 10:30 pm, dropping back off at the Water Street Inn

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue. Although there is about 150 yard walk from the parking to the ceremony location on a dirt/gravel road. Cars are allowed on this road so if you need assistance walking this distance, it is possible to be dropped off. Please plan accordingly.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be outside, please dress accordingly. The reception will be held in a large outdoor tent. It is nice and will shelter you from the elements.
