What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 5pm to ensure you are on time for the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a ton of parking at the venue! There will also be a shuttle available between the hotel and venue for those staying at the Viana Hotel & Spa. Please see the "accommodations" tab for more information on our hotel block.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please make a note when you return your RSVP with any dietary restrictions, preferences or allergies.

Is there a dress code?

Formal Attire For this time of the year in New York, we suggest men wear suits or sport jackets and pants, and women wear dresses or dressy pants.
