Edward and Lena met while working part time at a teppanyaki restaurant all those years ago when they were poor uni students. He was a teppanyaki chef and she was a waitress. There was not much interaction between the two, until one day Ed picked up the courage to speak to Lena when she came into the kitchen. Once the conversation started, it never ended...

Edward planned for months for a romantic proposal to happen on Valentine's Day. He picked out a beautiful ring (with lots of help!), picked out a nice restaurant, and he picked out the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. But, in true pandemic times, a lockdown was announced two days before Valentine's Day. Undeterred by the announcement, the proposal went ahead at home first thing in the morning on Valentine's Day (so Lena would not suspect a thing)! Lena (in her pajamas) said yes.
