Ulqin
Ulqin is about an hour and 15 min away from the Podgorica airport. Tivat is also an option, I've just personally never flown there. I recommend renting a car for the trip but if you don't your airbnb host, hotel receptionist should be able to order you taxis. Just make sure to get their numbers for your rides back.
